The publication, listing, or recognition of any Bishop, Priest, Deacon, Suffragan, or Congregation on this website or within the Council's public ledger does not constitute a permanent, irrevocable guarantee of their current canonical standing. Credentials are subject to immediate suspension, revocation, or alteration by the Membership and Candidate Selection Committee or the House of Bishops pursuant to ongoing canonical review or disciplinary action.

3.2 External Transfers and Lineage Verification

While the Council conducts forensic lineage verification to confirm valid historical continuity (Eastern Antiochian and Western Catholic Successions via Bishop McGuire), the Council relies upon documentation provided by third-party historical entities and applicants.

The Council provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the external secular or alternative-denominational recognition of these lineages outside the boundaries of the WAC.

3.3 Status of Affiliate Communions (Societatis)

Fraternal networks, external ministries, and independent church bodies entering into a concordat or Societatis status maintain separate civil, administrative, and financial liabilities. 4.2 Disclaimer of Degree Portability

While ISO certifications validate our peerless operational excellence, educational psychology, and professional management systems, they do not guarantee the transfer of credits or acceptance of degrees by secular, state-sponsored public universities or alternative denominational institutions. The portability of any certificate, diploma, or theological degree issued by a WAC seminary rests entirely within the discretion of the receiving receiving institution.
